The blend of their estate young vines plus purchased fruit from vineyards around the Willamette Valley, including Shea and Momtazi, among others, has created a wine with that 2007 elegance. A slight wet smoke aroma with lilac, cardamom and a toastiness leads into dried herbs and red currants all encompassed in a beautifully polished wine that allows for quenching one’s yen for an approachable Pinot.
