Tasting Notes:
The Willamette Valley is a blend of Rollins favorite Willamette Valley Pinot Vineyards including Wit's End. The aromatics reveal bright red cherry and waxy strawberry elevated by notes of freshly sawn cedar and white pepper. Flavors of deep plum, boysenberry, and Bing cherry juiciness evolve into exotic spice, hibiscus, bergamot and vanilla. Lighter bodied without lacking flavors or substance, the incredible texture, firm structure and long finish make for a really great wine.
