The Bryce Vineyard boasts ancient marine sedimentary soil, which causes a significant amount of stress on the vines during the growing season. This translates into naturally lower crop yields and subsequent intensity and concentration of the flavor profile. Ample fruit with great structure. Aromas of wild blackberry and earth laced with floral tones, and flavors of minerals, tobacco, bittersweet chocolate-dusted black cherries; beautifully balanced and concentrated, yet graceful.
