Wine Item Detail Item Description:Brick House 2007 Pinot Noir - Cuvee du Tonnelier - SOLD OUT Tasting Notes: The “Barrelmaker’s Blend,” praise to Doug Tunnell’s father and ancestors who donned the Tonnelier (now Tunnell) name, is a very special bottling; only produced when the vintage warrants the high-end designation. A classic Pinot noir nose, bursting with an abundance of ripe red raspberry dusted in white pepper, just picked tobacco and all the components of terroir wafting from the wine being swirled in the glass; soil, warm breezes, leaves, sunshine, earth, the sweetness of the grapes… Initially more on the chewy side, but mellowing and becoming velvety on the finish, the fresh tobacco, warm cherries and light earth combine well to create a beautiful tribute to the Tonnelier.
