Tasting Notes:
Small vats (approximately 25 pounds) underwent saignee to increase concentration. As a result this wine is intense, yet balanced. Aged in barrels straight from Joseph Drouhin inventory, new oak content was restricted to 20% so as to not hide the fruits character, yet provide subtle complexities and structure.
